- Somatic Bodywork | Fascia Movement | Cortisol Control Exercises for Stress & Burnout Prevention: To help yourself and others to reduce, manage, and create healthy coping responses to stress in your everyday work environment (MBSR-based)
- Birth Story: How it impacts us and defines our personality
- Breathwork | Life Coaching: relating to the topics arising in the sessions
- Exercises relating to the topics emerging in your sessions (eg forgiveness, letting go, inner child work).
- Home work | Tools for work & home: self-coaching tools, meditations & more
- Access to talk or also meet with me, outside the actual session times, during your entire retreat time if the need arises.
